Set underneath a unique pyramid of glass, the focal point of Airth Castle Hotel & Spa is the stunning Grill Room restaurant. Newly refurbished & upgraded the Grill Room features a striking palette of black and white with designer touches evident throughout & offering a stunning backdrop for your dining experience.

Tuck into grill room classics with a modern twist & seasonally inspired dishes served with passion and personality, including sublime steaks & awesome burgers, and a wine & drinks list that amply matches the delicious dishes on offer. And don’t forget to leave room for one of the irresistible hand-crafted desserts.

Airth’s state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with The Inka Grill which is taking the culinary world by storm. Lauded by world-famous chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Jason Atherton, Airth Castle Hotel and Spa is proud to be one of the few venues in the UK to feature an Inka Grill.

Of Spanish origin, the Inka is a sealed oven, fuelled by a Bincho-tan ‘white’ hardwood oak charcoal, which ensures that meat, fish and vegetables are grilled swiftly and perfectly – creating unrivalled flavours for discriminating diners.

They also offer a wide variety of rooms suitable for every type of occasion including the spectacular Dunmore Suite and Grill Room for larger events as well as the Adam Suite, Bruce Suite or Barony Room to name just a few.

In addition,the property has a Velocity Fitness and Leisure Club.

Airth Castle Hotel & Spa boasts 125 rooms & suites, which are located in both the original Castle and the main hotel building.  The size & style of the rooms & suites vary with a mix period charm & others with a more contemporary feel, and from traditionally furnished to super sleek.

Please note that they are just embarking on a full refurbishment of all rooms & suites – this is a rolling program of work to upgrade all rooms & suites to off an incredible level of sophistication & luxury for our guests.

Classic Twin: Located in the main hotel, this comfortable Classic room features 2 x twin bed, an en-suite with a bath and shower & luxury toiletries. Facilities include satellite TV, desk, trouser press, ironing board & iron and tea and coffee making facilities.

Classic Double: Located in the main hotel, this comfortable Classic room features 1 x double bed, an en-suite with a bath and shower & luxury toiletries. Facilities include satellite TV, desk, trouser press, ironing board & iron and tea and coffee making facilities.

Family Room: This spacious Family rooms in the main hotel features a double & single bed, an en-suite with a bath and shower & luxury toiletries. Facilities include satellite TV, desk, trouser press, ironing board & iron and tea & coffee making facilities. Some rooms include additional single sofa bed.

Castle Twin: Located in the original castle, these rooms feature a double bed and an en-suite with bath & shower, bathrobes, slippers & selection of toiletries. Facilities include satellite TV, desk, hairdryer, trouser press, iron & ironing board and tea & coffee making facilities. The style of these rooms vary and some are traditionally furnished.

Castle Double: Located in the original castle, these rooms feature a double bed and an en-suite with bath & shower, bathrobes, slippers & selection of toiletries. Facilities include satellite TV, desk, hairdrier, trouser press, iron & ironing board and tea & coffee making facilities. The style of these rooms vary and some are traditionally furnished.

Castle Premier Suite: This generously sized suite with period features is located in the castle and features a king size bed; en-suite with bath & shower,bathrobes, slippers & luxury toiletries. Also features satellite TV; ironing facilities & trouser press; coffee & tea making facilities; hairdryer & work space.

Castle Four-Poster Suite; These suites in the Castle, feature 1 king size four-poster bed;  en-suite bathroom with bath & shower, bathrobes, slippers & luxury amenities. Also features satellite TV, direct dial phone, desk, trouser press, ironing facilities, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. Style & decor of these suites vary.

Junior Suite: Spacious suite in the main hotel, with a King bed & en-suite with bath & shower, bathrobes, luxury toiletries & slippers. Also features satellite TV, desk, trouser press, hairdryer iron & ironing board and tea & coffee making facilities.
