Three times a week dinner is served buffet style with specialties from the Mayan, Caribbean and Mexican kitchens, always accompanied by live music. On Wednesdays, the buffet is served on the beach (weather permitting). And on Saturdays, they serve their most popular buffet: The Fiesta Mexicana, accompanied, of course, by a Mariachi band.

Soft, white-sand beach with deck-chairs (at no cost) under the shadow of “palapas” (thatched parasols) and palm trees. - Complimentary wi-fi throughout the hotel and computers available to guests in the lobby free of charge.
- Fresh-water swimming pool, with its own sunbathing area (in service from 7am to 7pm)
- Ample and exotic tropical gardens.
- Restaurant "Acuario" for breakfast (buffet) and dinner. Meals a la carte are also available. Three times per week buffet dinners are served accompanied by live music.
- Club house with restaurant for lunch, bar, library, billiards, table games and table tennis.
- Beach Bar located directly on the beach. At lunch time, the Beach Bar also provides a la carte meals in a casual environment.
- "Cyan-Ha" Dive Center offering scuba diving (PADI), snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, fishing and windsurfing at an additional cost each, depending on the type of service requested.
- The air-conditioned Wellness Center is surrounded by beautiful gardens and water fountains. The Center includes a well-equipped gymnasium (free for hotel guests). Therapeutic massages and other treatments are offered (at an additional cost depending on the treatment) on the second floor of the Center.
