The Cliff at Cap Restaurant: The Cliff at Cap offers unobstructed views towards Martinique to the north and Pigeon Island to the West, and surrounded by the magnificent Caribbean sea, with unforgettable sunsets. An extensive selection of wines, and a menu inspired by a fusion of Caribbean and French influence, makes dining at this extraordinary restaurant a real pleasure for any epicurean traveler.
Chef Jones’ cuisine is intensely focused, as illustrated by his ‘Studies” in a particular ingredient, often featured on his menus and in doing so he creates innovative, contemporary food.
The “ Cliff” dinner menu is available every night, except Saturdays, when we present our “Tapas” Menu which has a wine pairing option and Tuesdays, when we create an Island atmosphere with a Creole inspired feast.
The Naked Fisherman Beach Bar & Grill: Nestled on our natural secluded cove is The Naked Fisherman Beach Bar & Grill
Smuggler’s Cove beach, is where ‘Cap’ guests love to relax during the day. It provides a “toes in the the sand” moment, whilst listening to the sweet lapping of the waves, or watching stunning sunsets. The “Naked Fisherman” is located right on the beach under a thatched Caribbean style roof, with a state of the art B-B-Q grill. The atmosphere is less formal than the Cliff, but the food is taken just as seriously. The business of cooking fresh juicy steaks, ribs and fresh locally caught Snapper, Grouper and Dorado deserves the best attention of our kitchen brigade. Look out for the many ‘specials’ TNF presents - Creole Seafood ‘Boils’, Lobster Lunches, Sunday Vybe with music and surprise shooters, BBQ Taster night and most recently “The Food Truck”!
Cellar Maison: At Cellar Maison we are proud of our award winning wine program, so important to our love of good food.
The enviable collection at Cap includes: rare champagnes, grand cru Bordeaux, fine Burgundies, orange wines, organic and biodynamic wines made naturally and a collection of fun unpretentious grape varietals from our new world selection. Before lunch or dinner, ask our sommelier to take you to the wine cellar and show you around our collection of 2,000 bottles as he helps you pick your selection.
Tastings throughout each week will tempt your palate with flights of unique wines, paired with a delectable assortment of amuse-bouche and interactive discussions guided by our sommelier. The team can also zip-down your favorite bottle from our Champagne Zip line to our private dining venue Rock Maison or we can revive the old tradition dating back from the Napoleonic wars by Sabering your bottle of fine fizz in a fun ceremony where we open champagne using the blade of a knife.
Rooms
Oceanview Villa Suite with Pool & Roof Terrace
This particular suite will suit a family or a couple for different reasons. Families will love the space and the self contained design and the roof garden* gives a family an additional space to spread out.
Couples will love the privacy and the romance of having your own private pool and sun deck all to yourselves.
* Not suitable for very small children.
Oceanview Villa Suite with Pool
You are never very far from anything in the resort when you book one of these gorgeous suites. The Cliff at Cap, Bar, Main pool, Rock Maison, Reception, boutique, Spa Maison and Fitness room are at your fingertips, since these centrally located suites are ground floor.
Great for families, but couples may prefer the rooftop suites.
Gardenview Rooms
Although these rooms do not have an Ocean View, the gardens are very pretty and secluded, with hummingbirds darting from plant to plant. There is no question that romantic couples, on honeymoon or just a romantic escape will love these rooms.
Courtyard Villa Suite
These suites can be self contained with options for private dining. It is a brilliant option for a young family, not wishing to organise and traipse down to the Cliff for breakfast every day. Equally they are centrally located and the Spanish Courtyard is a pretty vista from your balcony. Parents can oversee older children playing in the Courtyard pool from the loungers on the balconies.
Junior Suite
Perfect for couples, these rooms have an intimate mood and are a natural retreat and hideaway. With both sea and garden views, they are the best of both worlds.
Oceanview Villa Suite with Jacuzzi
These special suites have an special appeal. The private jacuzzi and the secluded location make an obvious choice for a romantic couple who are looking for intimacy but also plenty of space. They are simply so comfortable that couples of all ages will love them.
*Not recommended for any one with a difficulty with stairs.
2 & 3 Bed Villa Suites: A Two Bed Villa Suite is made up of a Villa Suite and an interconnecting Garden View room and a Three Bed Villa Suite is made up of a Villa Suite, an interconnecting Garden View room and the adjacent Ocean View Junior Suite. You can also have the option of choosing a Two or Three Bed Villa Suite with a private pool or even a private pool with Roof Terrace (note that for safety reasons children under the age of 12 are not permitted in Villa Suites with Private Pools on Roof Terraces )

Our luxury resort offers a private escape for couples, with spacious suites including roof terraces and pools, all within four acres of tropical landscaped gardens and an idyllic, sheltered beach. The St Lucia Golf & Country Club is minutes away, tennis courts are adjacent, and the restaurants and bars of Rodney Bay are but a short drive.
- Residency: Let our welcoming and knowledgeable personal wedding planners handle the headaches – we’ll make sure the details of your wedding day are just as you planned, even to arranging for a lawyer to visit you at the resort, to deal with the official paperwork for St Lucia wedding packages. There is no residency requirement for non-nationals to enjoy their wedding packages in St Lucia, and the process of obtaining your marriage license is simple and straightforward. All you have to do is lie in the sun, relax and enjoy being in paradise with your loved one.
- Religious Ceremonies: No matter your religious denomination, our wedding team ensures that anything is possible at Cap Maison, including Jewish and Hindu ceremonies.Catholic Church weddings can also be set up, involving the bride and groom's local parish priest. It is not a difficult process and we will help guide you through the church's requirements for wedding packages in St Lucia at every step.
- Services: At Cap Maison, we’re devoted to making your vision of the perfect island wedding a reality. Our St. Lucia wedding packages are tailor made with your own wedding planner appointed and we carefully monitor the number of St. Lucia weddings we host (only one wedding every three weeks), helping you to retain the exclusivity and intimacy of your special day and so that we can ensure our entire staff is dedicated to you. We can arrange services such as photography, videography, pre-wedding spa packages, private sunset post-wedding sailing trips and even live entertainment. Just tell us what you want – our goal is to make your St Lucia wedding packages just right.
- Exclusively Yours: A full buyout, is the ultimate Cap Maison wedding, making the entire resort your very own for the sole enjoyment of the wedding guests and id tailored exactly to your needs. Exclusively Yours includes 50 rooms at the wedding party's disposal for double or single occupancy, use of all resort facilities, a one day charter of the 46-foot Cap Maison I private luxury yacht (maximum 14 guests), a welcome cocktail party and much more. Exclusively Yours requires a minimum 3-day booking. Rates start at $25,000 per day, plus service and taxes.
