Wedding Package
- Ceremony rental is for a one (1) hour time period
- Set up and removal of chairs, registry desk & chair, guest book table and gift table
- 2 Oak Pillars if required – Flowers to be provided by Wedding Couple
- Tissues, Mints, Water Station and Coat Rack
- The Hotel will set up the front row, aisle chairs, and registry signing desk as they will be set for your wedding. A service charge of $75.00+GST applies for the 1 hour room rental, including the set up. The hotel will do their best to accommodate requests to hold your Ceremony Rehearsal in the same room that your Wedding Ceremony is booked in, however, they are unable to guarantee space availability, time and location of your Ceremony Rehearsal until 2 weeks prior.
- The outdoor ceremony site includes an indoor weather alternative location and is included in the rental fee. Location of indoor weather alternative is subject to change based on availability. The decision for an indoor or outdoor ceremony will be made by the Sales and Service Manager on the day of the ceremony – 3 hours prior to the ceremony time. Regardless of where your ceremony takes place on your actual wedding day, if you have booked the Outdoor Terrace, you will be charged the $5,000 rental fee.
- Kindly note that tossing of rose petals is allowed as long as they are cleaned up after the ceremony, otherwise a $100.00 clean-up fee will apply.
