The Clubhouse - This is where it all happens. Share a drink with old friends at the tiki bar – or make some new ones. The patio overlooking the bay leads from the bar to the beach-side dining terrace. Here you’ll enjoy most of your daily meals. Of course, there’s always the option to move indoors under the traditional thatch roof of the formal dining room for shelter from the sun.

Directly adjacent to the dining room is the lobby and library. During mealtimes, the buffet is set up on the south side of the lobby next to the kitchen. The main entrance and reception desk are directly across from a sitting area, with a pay telephone. Wi-Fi is available, via your laptop.

Coral Cottage - Located at the far south end of the bay next to Conch Cottage, Coral Cottage is perfectly suited for a couple desiring a little more privacy. You'll have a large area of the beach all to yourself and plenty of shade under the Casurina trees. Inside, there is a comfy queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a lush garden bath. Other amenities include A/C, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The open porch has a stunning ocean view and leads directly to the beach. Coral is a 5 minute walk down the beach from the Club House.

Conch Cottage - Located at the far south end of the bay next to Coral Cottage, Conch Cottage is perfectly suited for a couple desiring a little more privacy. Here the beach is at its widest and you'll have it all to yourself along with plenty of shade from the Casurina trees. Inside, there is a comfy queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a lush garden bath. Other amenities include A/C, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The open porch has a stunning ocean view and leads directly to the beach. Conch is a 5 minute walk from the Club House.

Coconut Palm Cottage - Located between Tamarind and Travelers, this cottage has a similar layout. Constructed of native stone and tile, Coconut Palm features high ceilings, a queen size bed, spacious garden bathroom with lush tropical plants, A/C and a walk in closet. Other amenities include a coffee maker, sink, small refrigerator, overhead fan and a private patio. Enjoy an excellent ocean view and shaded garden path to the beach. Coconut Palm Cottage is steps away from the Club House.

Travelers Palm Cottage - Adjacent to Coconut Palm Cottage, this quaint and cozy suite shares the same layout. Royal Palm Cottage - This end of the beach offers plenty of privacy and space. Royal palm cottage has a king size bed, A/C, a spacious garden bathroom and a large walk in closet. Naturally, there's a coffee maker, overhead fans, a small refrigerator and sliding glass doors leading to a large, private porch. This wrap-around porch makes for excellent views of the beach, just a few steps away. Royal Palm Cottage is just a short stroll away from the Club House.

Seabreeze Cottage - Seabreeze is a charming, free-standing, one-story cottage creating a romantic, and intimate atmosphere. Relax in a 4 post queen-size bed and awaken to the sounds of the sea. Other amenities include A/C, a small fridge, walk-in closet and lush garden bath. Sliding glass doors lead to a private stone patio with an umbrella table featuring a beautiful ocean view. Seabreeze is located near the Club House.

Shane's Shack - A favorite among returning guests and couples everywhere! Sitting on the water’s edge, this romantic seaside cottage keeps cool with a traditional thatched roof, sliding glass doors and overhead fans. It has a queen size bed, A/C, garden shower, small refrigerator, coffee maker and an oceanfront private terrace. Large windows stretch 180° around the entire front of Shane's Shack, seemingly bringing the ocean directly to your front door. What a view! Shane's Shack is just steps away from the Club House.

Tamarind Suite - Tucked in between the Club House and Coconut Palm Cottage, the Tamarind Suite is quiet and cozy. This cottage features high ceilings, a queen size bed, walk in closet, A/C and a small refrigerator, along with a garden bath featuring tropical plants. Other amenities include a coffee maker, small sink, overhead fan and a large sliding glass door leading to a private patio. Tamarind Suite has an excellent ocean view and a shaded garden path to the beach. Tamarind Suite is next to the Club House.

Caretaker's Cottage - The Caretaker's Cottage has a large bedroom with a king size bed, high ceilings, oversized sitting area with extra room to stretch out or add a roll-away. Enjoy a large walk in closet, a/c, small fridge, overhead fans and garden bath. Sliding glass doors lead to a private terrace with lush tropical plants and a short walk to the beach.

Pina Colada Cottage - The Piña Colada is directly adjacent to the Club House and Bar. This tropical, airy suite has a king size bed, small fridge, A/C, large garden shower and a coffee maker. Other amenities include a walk in closet, overhead fans, sliding glass doors and a private terrace. Lush foliage and a beautiful view provide a serene spot to relax. Piña Colada Cottage is just steps away from the Club House and has a beautiful ocean view.

Beach House - Live right on the beach. Perfect for two couples, the Beach House is a single story villa that has two equal sized bedrooms on either side of a large shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned, have lush garden baths and beautiful ocean views. Enjoy the sounds of the sea lounging on the large, private patio with the beach at your doorstep. Beach House is a short walk from the Club House.

Hibiscus House - This duplex shares a building with Seagrape House and is located just a short distance from the Club House. There are two upstairs bedrooms. In the loft is a queen size bed and a spiral staircase leading to the main floor. The master bedroom has A/C and is furnished with a king size bed and features it's own enclosed bath. Downstairs there's a full kitchen, living room, dining room and a garden bath. Large sliding glass doors lead to a private terrace with excellent ocean views. Hibiscus House is just a short walk from the Club House.

Seagrape House - The duplex is located a short distance from the clubhouse and is perfect for families with small children. There are two upstairs bedrooms, passing thr the smaller loft bedroom with a queen size bed you enter the master bedroom with a king size bed, day bed and enclosed bathroom. Both rooms are fully air conditioned. Downstaris there is a full kitchen, living room, dining area, signature garden bath and large sliding glass doors that open to a private terrace with excellent ocean views.

Point House - Located at the southern end of the bay, the Point House offers unrivaled privacy. This free-standing, single-story villa has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and attached garden bath, the other with a queen size bed and garden bath across the hallway. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned. There's also a large living area, full kitchen, dining area, and private terrace. Enjoy an awesome ocean view and garden path to the beach. Point House is a 5 minute walk from the Club House.

Sand Dollar Villa - Bring the kids yet reserve some privacy. Sand Dollar Villa is actually two separate buildings. A large, beachside terrace connects the master bedroom with the main house. Here you'll find a large living area with French Doors on three sides that unfold to bring the outdoors in. A full kitchen and dining area is located towards the back. And a straight staircase leads upstairs to a child friendly loft with 2 twin beds. Sand Dollar Villa is a short walk from the Club House.

Sea Garden Villa - Set back from the sea with breathtaking ocean and garden views, this quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath house features a small kitchen, dining & living areas. It's perfect retreat for small families and is only a short stroll from the clubhouse and just steps from the beach. It's a nice add on with the Sand Dollar Villa because its set back and adjacent to it. The entire house is air conditioned.

Pineapple House - Perfect for three couples or larger families, Pineapple house has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen, dining area, living room and small den, all fully air conditioned. Although the house is not directly on the Fernandez Bay beach, it has a covered wood deck over looking the quiet creek and a private sandy spot for lounging with beautiful spacious views of the ocean and creek. 5 minute walk to the clubhouse.

Hummingbird House - This is an ideal honeymoon suite! Hummingbird is a two-story duplex with an over-sized bedroom upstairs featuring a four-poster bed. You’ll also find window seating and an enclosed bath. Downstairs is a cozy living room, dining area and full kitchen along with a lush garden bath. Enjoy lazy days on the private porch in the shade of Casurina trees just steps from the beach. Hummingbird House is a 5 minute walk from the Club House.
