Bahia by Richard Sandoval: Named for the Spanish word for "bay," Bahía by Richard Sandoval enjoys a prime spot amongst giant manzanilla trees on the Resort’s Las Cuevas beach. This contemporary seafood-centric beachfront grill and restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere with a sleek, contemporary Mexican design.

Ketsi: Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Ketsi is perfect anytime of day. Located near the pool with breathtaking ocean views, this restaurant is shaded by a traditional thatched palapa roof and serves modern interpretations of Mexican classics amid a chic casual Mexican-style décor. A la carte each morning features both American and Mexican favourites including the traditional chilaquiles. A variety of fresh, local fruits and vegetables are used throughout the dining menus, along with the catch of the day.

Tail of the Whale: Located on the upper level of the golf clubhouse, Tail of the Whale restaurant has views of both the Pacific Ocean and our two Jack Nicklaus golf courses. Named after a signature island green and open daily for breakfast and lunch, Tail of the Whale is the perfect Punta de Mita area restaurant for a drink or a quick bite between games of tennis and golf.

Cora Lounge: Located adjacent to the lobby in the main building, offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Nuna Pool and Ketsi. As a casual, relaxed alternative to Puerto Vallarta nightlife destinations, the lounge is an intimate spot to enjoy fresh fruit smoothies and specialty coffee drinks served all day from the beverage bar. The famous Puerto Vallarta area sunsets are celebrated Thursday through Tuesday evenings with live music. During whale-watching season, binoculars are available. The menu includes a variety of Mexican cocktails and international snacks.
