The Restaurant is run by a dedicated group of chefs and a master chef that has catered for the elite and famous, internationally. Therefore the menu reflects a fusion of local and international cuisine to scintillate your taste buds.
Breakfast starts with their own Hidden Valley Inn Coffee, which is grown and roasted on the property and freshly squeezed juices, a selection of pastries, cold meat, fresh fruit, cheese and preserves, cereal selection followed by a choice of hot breakfast A la Carte lunch and a 4 course dinner, and a chef Special of the day. Should you not care for any of the above or have a special request they would be happy to conjure up something of your choice.
They serve High Tea, at no cost to their guest to surprise and delight, while watching the undisturbed antics of the Acorn woodpecker and Hummingbirds.

You are met with a warm smile from the barmen that will conjure up delectable cocktails of their own design, or a beverage of your preference. Tasty treats are served in the Bar every evening before dinner accompanied by good conversation and antics from the past.
