BOOTCAMP
Instructor-led exercises led focused on building athletic strength and conditioning, with various workout equipment or body-weight-only exercises. This is the ultimate 50-minute full body workout as part of a moderate to high intensity interval circuit. Open to all fitness levels. Guests with injuries will receive modified movements by the instructor.
CARDIO ABS
A high intensity and dynamic class that integrates intervals of moderate to high intensity cardio and abdominal-based workouts. A 40-minute work out to burn off body fat and tone the stomach. Strong abdominal muscles improve the strength of your mid to lower back eliminating ache and the risk of injuries. Open to all fitness levels.
SPINNING CLASS
Sweat off your stress in our high energy spinning classes that incorporate 5 minutes of dynamic stretching, followed by 30 minutes of spinning led by an instructor. The circuit will conclude with 5-10 minutes of static stretches. You will burn anywhere from 400-600 calories depending on the intensity and time in the saddle. Offered for everyone from beginners to fitness gurus.
YOGA
These 50- minute workouts quiet your mind, body and soul in this vinyasa-flow-yoga-inspired workout, with influences of ashtanga, hatha and iyengar yoga. Strength and length your body with hip openers, back-bends, forward-bends, core-strengthening and stabilizing flowing exercises.
SUNRISE YOGA
Perfect for the early risers! Start your vacation to the sounds of the ocean and fresh morning breeze while you get the perfect stretch. Stretch and open your body and mind in this invigorating yoga class as you watch the sunrise.
PILATES & STRETCH
All about the core! Gain those long-lean muscles that you have been hoping for through these challenging, yet enjoyable Pilates workouts and stretches. Focused on flowing through controlled exercises to help stabilize, strengthen and lengthen the abdomen muscles, lower back and gluteal muscles.Open to all fitness levels.
