Nueva Vida Sea Food & Steak House Restaurant 
Casa Banana Steakhouse, a Tulum dining hot spot. Serving up classic Argentinean style cuisine, the food here is simple, fresh and delicious. For breakfast each morning enjoy made to order coffee, homemade banana bread and pineapple coconut jam. At night the restaurant gets busy and comes alive with it's outdoor grill, known as "parilla," and dishes are cooked over the open fire for all to see. The menu favorites include grilled to perfection steak, fresh caught fish, impressive salads, and a thoughtfully selected wine list. Don't forget to try the handshaken icy margaritas too!

Garden Rooms 
Located in a beautiful garden of local vegetation. Built in a two-story construction, these cozy rooms have an area of 380 sq ft (35m2) including the deck overlooking the garden. Equipped with a queen size bed, mosquito net and fan. The full bathroom has an indoor and an outdoor shower. A 45-meter length sandy pathway surrounded by tropical vegetation will lead you to the beach to enjoy the Mexican Caribbean. 

Ocean Rooms 
Talavera stairs designed in a crescent moon shape will lead you to the third floor of Casa Mexicana, to enjoy a panoramic view of the jungle and the ocean from your private terrace. These rustic decorated 430 sq ft (40 m2) rooms are furnished with a king size bed, mosquito net, reading lights and closet space. A full bathroom decorated with “piedra de laja” sink and large window invites you to stare out over the treetops while showering. Large wooden French doors invite you to the terrace with full view of the sea and sunrise. Sun bath in the daytime or star gaze at nighttime. 

Caribbean Bungalows 
Made out of tropical woods and thatched roof, these bungalows just meters from the ocean, measure from 485 to 700 sq ft (45m2 to 65 m2). Each bungalow is equipped with a king size bed, mosquito net, ceiling fan and full bathroom decorated with typical Mexican rustic Talavera ceramic and local wood. The bungalow's wide ocean front verandas will surely become your favorite spot to admire sunrises and relax contemplating incomparable white sand beach while enjoying a refreshing margarita.

Suites Corazon 
Situated in an exclusive and private area, these suites enjoy a unique view of the turquoise Caribbean waters and Tulum’s signature white sandy beaches.

Built over stilts, each of the four independent buildings are made up by two suites of 807 sq ft (75 m2) each. The one below, elevated 6 feet (1.8 m) from the sand, where you can enjoy the ocean view from your king size bed. Its solid walls are decorated with the bright exotic colors that define Mexican ambiance. Access the open air refreshing cool shower directly from the beach or enjoy a hot shower in the spacious and naturally lit interior bathroom.

The upper level suite elevated 16 feet from the sand is the perfect place to enjoy the cozy atmosphere with thatched roof and wooden walls. A heavenly place to enjoy room service or a cool minty mojito while relaxing with your love one watching the breathtaking view.

Lovers Suite 
Practically on the beach, the warm ocean breeze constantly caresses four comfortable "Lovers Suites", built in a upper level of a two-story concrete construction with thatched "palapa" roof. Furnished with a king size bed, mosquito net, ceiling fan and a spacious full bathroom tastefully decorated with local handcrafts. You wouldn't be in the Mexican Caribbean if you did not enjoy a long rest full siesta in the hammock located in your vast private terrace overlooking the turquoise waters.

2 Bed Suite 
Constantly caressed by the ocean breeze due to it proximity to the beach, these suites are furnished with two full size beds, mosquito nets and ceiling fan. Built in a two-story building, they measure form 540 to 810 sqf (51m2 to 75m2). The broad terraces with their breathtaking view of the Caribbean are decorated with wood furniture and the essential hammock to relax while watching the sunset or gazing at the stars.

Double Suite 
Contemporary Mexican style 1,780 sq ft (165m2) suite. Composed of two rooms, bathrooms and two independent terraces, one with ocean view and one facing the garden, both decorated with wooden furniture and hammock. Rooms are furnished with two full size beds, mosquito nets, ceiling fan and tastefully decorated bathrooms.

Prices based on quadruple occupancy. If visiting with children, a request must be submitted. 

Master Suite 
“Hechizo de Luna” is a suite for special occasions, romantic and widely spacious 970 sq ft (89m2) including the private terrace and bathroom. It is elevated from the beach as a second floor that guarantees a spectacular ocean view, a constant refreshing ocean breeze, and privacy. It has one large bedroom with a king-size bed furnished with an elegant mosquito net. From the bedroom you walk through a dressing area into a spacious bathroom.

The bathroom has a large sink covered in Mexican style tile, a beautiful Clawfoot bathtub that is situated in the center of this large space. Above the bathtub is a skylight to view the stars and moon as you soak and relax. The toilet and shower are separate and they are both styled with Mexican tile, as is it broad verandah, furnished with a table, chairs and hammock overlooking the turquoise blue Caribbean Sea.

Two people. No extra person. Children not allowed in this area.

Casa Espiritu Maya 
This 1,830 sq ft (170 m2) Mayan styled house is made of the typical shape and materials used by them: stone, wood, stucco and palapa roof, but with all the comfort of the other rooms. It is made out of a group of three cabanas joined by a central patio surrounded by exuberant coastal vegetation just meters from the beach. The main cabana is a two level circular palapa. The lower level has a multicolored tile floor with two sofa beds. There is a curving wood stairway that leads up to the main bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed with mosquito net, closet and fan. Two French doors open out onto a spacious verandah furnished with wooden table, chairs, and hammocks. Sea breeze is magnificent here!
The verandah is like a tree house surrounded by palms looking out to the sea and steps away from the full colorful bathroom with tiled walls. The third cabana is a fully equipped, rustically decorated kitchen with refrigerator; gas stove and basic cookware and utensils.

Casa Mexicana 
This beautiful Mexican style house with ocean view from all areas will make you cancel you flight back home. The 2,080 sq ft (193m2) house is fully furnished and has high ceilings, large kitchen, dinning and living room area, one Mexican style-tiled full bathroom, one large bedroom, connected to a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The kitchen is styled with Talavera hand made tiles, wood cabinets, a breakfast nook and it is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, and basic cookware. The large wooden French doors to the main entrance open out onto the verandah from the dinning and living room area. The broad verandah is furnished with a hammock, table and chairs. The large bedroom has two full size beds with mosquito nets and ceiling fan. This spacious bedroom has large windows that entice you to view the sea and sunrise from your bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with mosquito net, fan, reading lights, private bathroom decorated with “Laja stone” sink and large window in the shower and an independent entrance that leads out to the garden and beach.
