Dinner is served daily 6:30–9:45pm* - Interlude: Open for breakfast and drinks throughout the day, Interlude is an idyllic retreat for casual al fresco dining.
Interlude is closed on Wednesdays. A casual dress code is suggested.
Buffet and à la carte breakfast: 7:30–10:30am - La Cave: Perfect for private celebrations or specialty group dinners, La Cave offers a unique dining experience in an atmospheric wine cellar. Curate your own tasting menu with an expert chef, complemented by the fine wines that line the cellar.

Three-Bedroom Cottages
All Three-Bedroom Cottages are located directly on the beach. The ideal size for large families or couples traveling together, there are two bedrooms downstairs and one master bedroom upstairs. Each room has either a king-sized bed or twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom also features a private patio with outdoor living and dining area.
Our Premium category offers special added luxuries. These include in-room check-in, Champagne and fruit upon arrival and an iHome music player with a selection of music.

Baie Royale
Baie Royale is Belmond La Samanna’s honeymoon suite and offers views of pristine sands and azure waters. The suite has three balconies with a covered sitting area and plunge pool.
Baie Rouge
Baie Rouge offers the most magnificent view of the pool and the Caribbean Sea. The octagonal living room boasts views in all directions with a wrap-around terrace.
Baie Orient
Baie Orient is considered one of the finest hotel suites in the Caribbean. Decorated in bold tropical colors, it has a separate living room and a private balcony facing the gardens.
Baie Longue
Baie Longue features a terrace that stretches the entire length of the suite. Located on the top floor of the hotel’s main building, it can be booked as a one-, two- or three-bedroom suite, each with a private bathroom.
Orleans
Situated in the main building, Orleans features a terrace that stretches the entire length of the suite. You will also find a large sunning area and outdoor wet bar.
Happy Baie
This suite includes an outdoor terrace with al fresco dining area, large sofa and private Jacuzzi. A full-sized kitchen completes our luxury Happy Baie suite, which can accommodate up to three people.
