Kös
The culinary journey in Kös is where the Mediterranean meets the middle east. The Island of Kös is definitely Greek but at one time or another was under roman, byzantine, Genoese, Ottoman and Italian rules. As such the culinary history of the island is built on thousand years of history. It’s a blend of the best in the Mediterranean. Kös offers a full a la carte menu as well as a Chef attended station, it is where the iconic ingredients of the region come alive; tomatoes, olives, nuts, honey, grape leaves and ocean fresh seafood are creatively prepared. With its beach club feel, Kös is located pool side, in the Wave family-friendly section of the resort (by the family pool).

Chef lauded creative expertise brings A-LAM-BIK, a culinary journey without boundary. Located in the Entertainment Village, A-LAM-BIK is the premium dining experience at the property. A-LAM-BIK offers a weekly fixed menu. Reservations are required, see your Island Reserve Ambassador for more details. A-LAM-BIK is closed on Sundays and is part of the Island Inclusive package for Island Reserve Villas registered guests only. For guests staying at the Wave or Hammock section, an additional charge will apply.

5 o'clock Somewhere - Adults Only Bar & Swim Up Bar
As the lyrics go, "That sun is hot and that old clock is moving slow”. Indeed, it is 5 o’Clock Somewhere. A staple of any Margaritaville experience, 5 o’clock Somewhere is the perfect place anytime of the day for poolside cocktails, a cold beer or world famous Margaritaville margaritas. Located poolside with terrific vistas of Juanillo Beach.

S.O.S Swim Up Bar
This tropically infused swim up bar serves up the coldest Margaritas on the property. Stone throws away from the beach, it’s the best location to lull the afternoon away overlooking Juanillo Beach. Exclusive to Island Reserve Villas guests.

Joe Merchants - Customized Minibar Experience
A unique set up which puts you in control of your in-room refreshment center. The easy-to-use Joe Merchant’s point system allows you to customize your in room experience according to your preferences. Joe Merchant’s is also the place for a freshly brewed Dominican cup of java while you peruse the extensive beverage and snack offering. Product lists are available in each room.
