Venue Overview
The plantations of times past are the inspiration behind the design of Park Hyatt St. Kitts which spans the entire width of Banana Bay, one of the island's most beautiful sandy beaches. The resort has 126 luxuriously appointed Guest Rooms including 48 Suites, most of which feature individual roof top swimming pools. Indulge in the culinary experiences available in the resort’s three signature restaurants. Relax at one of two guest swimming pools, one for families and a second adults-only pool, and unwind at Miraval Life in Balance Spa, the resort’s wellness center with nine treatment rooms, meditation mill and yoga lawn.

The Great House
The Great House restaurant is reflective of the grand houses which once stood at the center of each plantation. Traditionally, in those great houses governors may have congregated over meals to celebrate with each other in a luxurious and relaxing setting. Today, The Great House restaurant has that same intention. It is the heart of our resort and home to their all-day dining venue.
Indoor and outdoor seating is available in the Great House, as well as housing the main hotel restaurant. The venue includes a Rum Bar, herb garden, chefs table and a conservatory serving plantation afternoon tea.
The Fisherman's Village
The Fisherman’s Village has been created to reflect the huts and berths that once lined the coastline of St. Kitts. The Fisherman’s Village at Park Hyatt St. Kitts offers an ocean to table family dining experience for both lunch and dinner.
The Stone Barn
The stone barns on the island of St. Kitts were once used to protect the crops during the wet season on the island. Our Stone Barn will offer adult-only dining for dinner and serving food from the hearth.

Activities
The Resort’s Spa offers body and facial treatments in addition to private yoga and meditation. The majestic hills which surround the Resort offer hiking with rewarding views of the island of St. Kitts. Their water sports center offers kayaking, snorkeling and paddle boarding with motorized water sports available on the beach next door. Hiking is readily available near the resort and a trail available through the volcano on the north of the island.
