One-Bedroom Suites
The spacious One-Bedroom Suites overlook the turquoise Caribbean Sea, an irresistible view that can be enjoyed from the hammock, chairs, or dining table on your private terrace on the second or third floor. These luxurious suites include one bedroom, a living room, and a dining area. The master bedrooms have one queen size bed and the living rooms have a full-size, pull-out couch.

Activities
The ferry to the island of Cozumel is just a seven-minute walk along the beach from Playa Palms. Visit this jungle island to enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving in its coral reefs, or stop by select sites to swim with the dolphins.
Xel-Ha
This Mayan archeological site and natural aquarium is a haven for snorkeling, shaped by limestone formations and home to thousands of tropical fish. Located only 40 minutes from Playa del Carmen, Xel-Ha is an ideal day trip.
Xcaret
Only 5 miles from Playa del Carmen, Xcaret is a world-famous eco-archeological park that features Mayan ruins, a pristine beach, and a plentiful array of wildlife, including jaguars, turtles, deer, manatees, tropical birds, butterflies, and even bats. Snorkel through its famous caves and underground river, swim with the dolphins, or relax in its temazcal – a Mezoamerican sweat lodge.
Chichen Itza
Two and a half hours from Playa del Carmen, Chichen Izta was one of the largest Mayan cities from 600 to 1000 A.D. Today, it is one of the most visited archaeological sites in Mexico. Witness its natural beauty and learn about the mythical history of this ancient city.
Coba
The significant archeological site of Coba is just two hours from Playa del Carmen. This vast Mayan city remains only partially excavated, and its temples and pyramids rise up from the living jungle surrounding it.
Tulum
Just an hour from Playa del Carmen, Tulum is a well-preserved “walled city” that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. It was one of the latest settlements built by the Mayans, and it served as a port for the grand city of Coba.
Ek’ Balam
Two hours and forty-five minutes from Playa del Carmen, Ek’ Balam is infrequently visited by tourists. Its name means “Black Jaguar,” and the site features twin pyramids and a large structure with a 5-meter jaguar’s mouth as its entrance. From Ek’ Balam, both Coba and Chichen Itza are visible.
