Brasas Restaurant - At Brasas Restaurant, guests can savor a true representation of rich cultural influence found in Caribbean cuisine made with indigenous ingredients. Preparing mouthwatering grilled meats and seafood is the chef’s specialty. Guests can choose from an extensive wine list that has more than 300 bottles of wines and champagnes from different countries. Brasas Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, seven days a week.
Pelican Beachfront Grill - If you can’t bear to leave the pool, the Pelican Beachfront Grill is situated poolside and just steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy an array of creative cocktails, appetizers, grilled sandwiches, burgers and pizza.
