The restaurant is but one hallmark of this beautiful property, which is set in the World Heritage-designated Garrison Savannah area, a mere seven minutes from historic Bridgetown.
History certainly abounds at the Savannah Beach Hotel as the name Rachel’s was inspired by that of the infamous Barbadian slave-turned-hotelier Rachel Pringle. The ever-present historic feeling is a reminder of the deeply embedded richness of culture that pervades the property.
Rachel’s offers an authentic and enjoyable combination of history, island life, and culinary delights. Its open-air setting, complemented by the building’s coral stone walls and traditional jalousie louvers, offers a breathtaking elevated view of the hotel’s lushly landscaped meandering pools that lead straight into the Caribbean Sea.
Rachel’s is open every night with the exception of Mondays and Thursdays:- 7:00 am - 10 am for Buffet Breakfast. Tuesdays - Thursdays & Saturdays:- 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm for à la carte dinner. Reservations are recommended.
Chopstix - Savannah Beach Hotel offers a range of unique dining experiences and their sunset bar Chopstix, catering to lovers of Asian fusion, is no exception.
