The Preferred Club Presidential Suite has 235 m²/2,529 ft2 and is located on two floors. The ground floor has a large living room, dining table, bar, two private terraces and Swim Out Pool. The 2nd floor has a large master bedroom, with Ocean View. If required, The Preferred Club Presidential Swim Out Suite has access to a connecting Preferred Club Junior Suite Marina Swim Out on the 1st floor or Preferred Club Junior Suite Marina View on the 2nd floor with two extra bedrooms and a living room.
