Tulemar Bungalows

Once upon a time, our beach bungalows were part of a separate resort called Tulemar Bungalows – one of the very first resorts in Manuel Antonio, in fact.

Now owned by the Tulemar Resort, the bungalows have retained their original name (Tulemar Bungalows), and there are two unit types that can be rented, each providing the comforts of home with fantastic ocean views.

The Bungalows are a great option if you’re traveling to Costa Rica on a budget and want amazing postcard views within the exclusive 33 acres of Tulemar Gardens.
Casa de las Flores is a spacious 2-story, 2-bedroom bungalow with a small but full-sized kitchen and is ideal if you’re traveling with your family or a group of friends. A private terrace on the upper floor overlooks the ocean, and a terrace on the lower level overlooks the beautiful tropical jungle.

Casa de las Flores

Casa de las Flores, or “house of flowers” in English, is an appropriate name for a bungalow that overlooks the beautiful tropical flowers of Costa Rica’s surrounding jungle.

Recently remodelled and expanded, this free-standing vacation rental offers two levels, with two bedrooms and two balconies. Enter on the upper level, where floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors will shower you in rich sunlight and keep the lush tropical outdoors always in view.

Enclosed stairs lead to the bungalow’s lower level, with a second bedroom that opens to a second balcony with jungle views – the perfect place to relax and observe wildlife.

Our resort’s beautiful, private beach is only about a 7 minute walk down the hill from Casa de las Flores, and if you’d prefer, you can also take advantage of our free private van service for transportation to and from the beach or around the property.

The Jungle House

We are proud to announce the expansion of our accommodations with the Jungle House, which adds two beautiful new options including a smaller, open concept studio style “Standard Room” and a full sized 1 bedroom suite. Both feature private jungle views, a shared “Rancho” with plunge pool and amenities such daily maid service and wireless internet. See below for full details!

Both the Standard Room and One Bedroom suites share the same building so they can either be rented separately, or if you need more space, the entire Jungle House can be rented as a large, standalone villa.
