Azul Villa Esmeralda offers more than 11,000 square feet of plush, modern living space and almost 200 feet of oceanfront viewing, with contemporary living and family rooms, a state-of-the-art, Bose-equipped home theatre, a spectacular pool (heating available if desired) and even private spa, sauna, steam room and gym facilities.

Daily maid service, turndown service and the care of 8 dedicated staff, including a 24-hour Majordomo, executive chef, housekeeper, waiter, kids club attendant, groundskeeper, gardener/pool attendant, 24-hour security guards and available masseuse are included. The private Villa is situated on a 54,000 square foot ocean lot, guaranteeing privacy and sleeps 12 adults and two children or teens.

Designed with large parties in mind, this kitchen is not only gorgeous to behold, with its wood-patterned white ceramics and granite counter tops, but it’s also a well-equipped wonder with professional Viking stainless steel appliances. Twelve person dining tables are available on both floors of the Villa for guests to dine and entertain.

The Villa is continuously stocked with premium, top-shelf drinks and also hosts a wine cellar.

In addition to the private amenities at Azul Villa Esmeralda, guests also have full access to Azul Beach Hotel, by Karisma. While Azul Beach Hotel is just a short walk away, golf carts are available for transportation. The hotel offers five dining options where our star chefs indulge guests with Gourmet Inclusive® service and cuisine. Restaurants and bars at Azul Beach Hotel include Blue International, serving world cuisine, Tainan Asian restaurant, Roma, delivering Italian favorites, Latino, with food from Latin America, Chil, featuring contemporary cuisine, and La Mancha Energy Bar, which offers smoothies and quick bites. Bars include Agavero Tequila Lounge, with a frozen bar top, Aquanox, Chil Bar and Bubbles Swim-up Bar.

Superior Master Bedroom - The Superior Master Bedroom features more than 1,000 square feet of indulgences. The relaxing living area affords yet another spectacular view of the sea and the private, 600 square foot terrace, perfect for sharing a cocktail and a romantic moment. The spacious bathroom features a relaxing hot tub for two as well as a private outdoor shower, the Aguas del Amor®, double sinks and walk-in closets.

Master Bedroom - The 500-square-foot Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, stunning views of the ocean and beach, and a shared terrace with the Superior Master Bedroom.

Deluxe Bedrooms - The three Deluxe Bedrooms feature king sized beds, a view of the white sandy beach and 300 square feet of living space. Two Deluxe Bedrooms are located on the first floor and has a private terrace with an ocean view. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private terrace with both an ocean view and a view of the tennis court.

Classic Bedroom - In the 300-square-foot Classic Bedroom just off the family room, two queen sized beds and a bathroom with double sink and walk-in rain shower await guests.

Each of the Villa’s six ocean front bedrooms feature the latest in technology, including LCD flat-screen televisions, iPod docking stations, Blu-ray players, Bose sound systems and access to the property’s state-of-the-art media server, with streaming music, movies and programming. A closed circuit security system with 8 cameras can be monitored from the TV in the family room.
