La Roca Grill 
Picture this: a late afternoon sunset, a cocktail in your hand, and the sounds of waves lapping the shore just feet away from your table. Now you know what it feels like to experience La Roca. But to truly appreciate how it tastes, you just need to order one of the delicious entrees or appetizers served up by the grill. Maybe you'll start with a calamari appetizer, and then pair an entree with one of the house wines available, and finish off with a treat from the dessert buffet. Whatever you select, you won't have to tear your eyes from the ocean to taste fresh-grilled fish and meats-it's all right there in front of your eyes. Just remember, reservations, and an appetite for the extraordinary, are required. 
 
La Pizzeria

Fine dining while on vacation always feels-and tastes-extra special. And at Dominicus Beach, Atlantis is the finest dining you'll find. Check in for your reservation and then relax with a complimentary glass of Champagne as the fans suspended from the high thatch roof refresh you with a cool breeze. Awaken your palate with an amuse-bouche of delicate salsa with roasted pepper and eggplant as you browse the menu by candlelight.
