At Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, enjoy fresh food from a menu (not a buffet), beer out of a bottle, playing by day and partying at night.
And, that is what's created – a US Virgin Islands resort that you will want to visit. The Bolongo Bay Beach Resort is the opposite of large, impersonal hotels. There are no elevators, marble or chandeliers.
Instead you’ll find a true Caribbean beach resort, surrounded by the tastes, sights and sounds of the island. Bolongo Bay sits along a 1,000-foot golden sand beach with palm trees rustling in the breeze and iguanas slowly strolling by. You will be surrounded by the friendliest staff anywhere who knows your name and truly cares about your vacation experience.

The Lobster Grill - The Lobster Grille provides a relaxing atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The two-story, open-air restaurant edges our beachfront pool and offers beautiful ocean views.
For lunch, try one of the fresh salads and grilled favorites, such as the Mango Chicken Salad or French Town Dip. Join for happy hour (served 4 to 6 pm daily) and toast the day with a martini or glass of wine selected from the unique wine list.
At night, dine on one of the restaurant’s famous fresh Caribbean lobster dishes – stuffed with crab, baked, seasoned and grilled, sautéed over pasta and more. Or enjoy fresh fish or juicy steaks paired with seasonal vegetables, island rice or roasted red bliss potatoes.
Iggies Beach Bar & Grill - Begin by munching on the popular Spinach-Crab-Artichoke dip or West Indian Killer Conch Fritters, followed by a selection of Iggies Sliders or fresh grilled Mahi Mahi. If you are really hungry, try the Steam Pots, enough food to share with a friend. Wash it all down with ice-cold beers by the bottle or cool cocktails featuring the US Virgin Islands own Cruzan rum.
