Arawak Villa - This beautiful one-bedroom, single-story villa averages 1,200 square feet on a single floor. The master bedroom features a full en-suite marble bathroom, as well as French sliding glass doors that lead to a terrace or balcony. This plush villa also features a spacious living room with access to the terrace, a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and dining room. Natural stone flooring, solid granite countertops, and custom-designed furnishings add a touch of elegance while stunning views of the ocean, gardens or golf course let you enjoy the tropical paradise at your leisure.
Bahia Mar Villa - This stylish two-bedroom, 2.5-bath luxury villa averages 2,285 square feet, spread out over two levels. The first floor features the bedrooms and en-suite private marble bathrooms. The master bedroom also features French sliding glass doors that open onto an expansive private terrace overlooking the golf course, beach, and the famous Exuma BLUE waters. The second floor of the villa includes the living room, dining room, fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and half bath. The spacious living room also features 8' French sliding glass doors that open up to an additional private terrace with spectacular views of the ocean, the Greg Norman designed championship golf course, and/or the mega-yacht marina.
Lucayan Villa - This spacious three-bedroom, three-bath luxury villa averages 2,600 square feet. Two bedrooms with en-suite private marble bathrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom offers a private terrace overlooking the Greg Norman designed championship golf course, white-sand beach and stunning Exuma BLUE waters. The second floor features the third bedroom with en-suite bath, living room, dining room, and fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. The beautifully furnished living room and dining room also lead out to private balconies with spectacular garden and ocean views, as well as ocean front options.
Grand Villa - Featuring unobstructed ocean views from the highest elevation in Emerald Bay, the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Grand Villas average 2,600 square feet and include a semi-private elevator or stair access. Fitted with natural stone flooring throughout, these single-story deluxe villas are decorated in luxurious custom furnishings and come fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, and full size washer and dryer, as well as a spacious living room and en-suite bedrooms. French sliding glass doors lead out to an expansive terrace overlooking the Grand Isle crescent beach and Exuma BLUE waters, and the Greg Norman designed championship golf. The Master Bedroom also features a whirlpool spa bath and dual wardrobe closets, along with access to an additional private terrace with spectacular ocean views.
Grand Penthouse - The jewel of Great Exuma - this four-bedroom, 4.5-bath Grand Penthouse - is just over 5,000 square feet and features spectacular ocean views from the highest point in the resort. It offers a spacious living room, banquet-style fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and grand dining room with seating for 12. You'll also enjoy an expansive 1,100-square-foot oceanfront balcony overlooking the famous Exuma BLUE waters and the Greg Norman designed championship golf course. This exceptional Penthouse villa also features natural stone flooring throughout, a separate Media Room, surround-sound speaker system and a private elevator. A personal butler is also available for an additional charge.
