Guests staying at this intimate luxury Boutique hotel enjoy exclusive access to over 90 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails as well as many secluded crystal pools and waterfalls set in a tropical rainforest. For those seeking romance, one of the waterfalls may be reserved exclusively for the day.



Situated in the Maya mountains in the Cayo district, this cozy forest lodge also serves as a convenient base for visiting the various scenic and historical attractions of the area. A lazy float down the Macal River on a canoe trip is a peaceful way to observe the indigenous fauna, flora and bird watching. The Restaurant is run by a dedicated group of chefs and a master chef that has catered for the elite and famous, internationally. Therefore the menu reflects a fusion of local and international cuisine to scintillate your taste buds.



Breakfast starts with their own Hidden Valley Inn Coffee, which is grown and roasted on the property and freshly squeezed juices, a selection of pastries, cold meat, fresh fruit, cheese and preserves, cereal selection followed by a choice of hot breakfast A la Carte lunch and a 4 course dinner, and a chef Special of the day. Should you not care for any of the above or have a special request they would be happy to conjure up something of your choice. 

 

They serve High Tea, at no cost to their guest to surprise and delight, while watching the undisturbed antics of the Acorn woodpecker and Hummingbirds.
