The culinary journey in Kös is where the Mediterranean meets the middle east. The Island of Kös is definitely Greek but at one time or another was under roman, byzantine, Genoese, Ottoman and Italian rules. As such the culinary history of the island is built on thousand years of history. It’s a blend of the best in the Mediterranean. Kös offers a full a la carte menu as well as a Chef attended station, it is where the iconic ingredients of the region come alive; tomatoes, olives, nuts, honey, grape leaves and ocean fresh seafood are creatively prepared. With its beach club feel, Kös is located pool side, in the Wave family-friendly section of the resort (by the family pool).
