Kös
The culinary journey in Kös is where the Mediterranean meets the middle east. The Island of Kös is definitely Greek but at one time or another was under roman, byzantine, Genoese, Ottoman and Italian rules. As such the culinary history of the island is built on thousand years of history. It’s a blend of the best in the Mediterranean. Kös offers a full a la carte menu as well as a Chef attended station, it is where the iconic ingredients of the region come alive; tomatoes, olives, nuts, honey, grape leaves and ocean fresh seafood are creatively prepared. With its beach club feel, Kös is located in the Wave section by the family pool.

A-LAM-BIK, Adults Only Dining ($)
Chef lauded creative expertise brings A-LAM-BIK, a culinary journey without boundary. Located in the Entertainment Village, A-LAM-BIK is the premium dining experience at the property. A-LAM-BIK offers a weekly fixed menu. Reservations are required, see your Island Reserve Ambassador for more details. A-LAM-BIK is closed Sundays, an additional charge applies for Wave guests.

Punch
Located in the heart of the Entertainment Village “Punch” is your perfect Caribbean escape. With views of the Entertainment Village on one side and the pools and ocean on the other side, the environment is a perfect gathering spot at any time of the day and the liveliest venue of Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana in the evening. Enjoy a masterfully prepared pre-dinner cocktail or sip a local brew while enjoying a live performance by one of the regional artists.

Compass Bar
This time, the compass rose takes us throughout the northern hemisphere in search of the best Juniper distilled beverage – Gin. Along with a full bar offering, Compass showcases a wide array of the world’s most recognized and artisan gins. The creative botanical, herbal and tropical gin-based concoctions are not to be missed. Not feeling so adventurous? There is no better place for one of the classics. A vesper perhaps? Located in the lobby of the family section, Compass a great place for pre-dinner or late evening cocktail and wind down listening to the in house pianist.

S.O.S Swim Up Bar
This tropically infused swim up bar serves up the coldest Margaritas on the property. Stone throws away from the beach, it’s the best location to lull the afternoon away overlooking Juanillo Beach.
