Rates are PER PERSON and include hotel stay plus round-trip transportation with a 3 night minimum stay from Sangter International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamica airport code MBJ .

There are no rooms blocked for the group only guaranteed rates so BOOK EARLY to ensure you get the room category you prefer.
Special Request: Maddison & Kylen are encouraging all guests to book at least an Excellence Club level room so that you all receive same level of service and access to all areas of the resort.

Reservation and Payment Deadlines
Room needs to be reserved by November 5, 2025 - Credit card is required to hold but will only be charged a $1.
The resort DOES NOT accept Discover cards
Balance will be auto-charged by the resort 30 days prior to check-in
Can I make payments? No, unfortunately, Excellence Oyster Bay does not offer this option. However, if you want to pay in full prior to January 5, 2026 then that is an option.
Travel Agent
The couple has chosen to work with me, Stephanie Tindall at AllInclusiveWeddings.com, to make the travel planning as seamless as possible. Please read the important information below and contact me to complete your reservation.
What is a room block?
- The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
- Only rooms booked with AllInclusiveWeddings.com count toward this contract
- The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!
What happens if I don't book with AllInclusiveWeddings.com?
The wedding couple kindly asks that you book your hotel using the special here at AllInclusiveWeddings.com.
There are several reasons why you should honor the couple's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
- The couple has worked with me to negotiate a special rate for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special, set rate with included airport transportation.
- Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
- Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold and could be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
- Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group's reservation is protected but the one not booked within the group is not. You could be walked/moved to another resort location.
- Will not get the group rates
- Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me. I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
- If staying at a different resort completely, then you will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited due to occupancy restrictions.

Can we come earlier or stay later?
Do I need a passport?
A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for international, air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.
The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date.
Is travel insurance required?
Travel Insurance Rates - Cost is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Here is our preferred travel insurance supplier, TravelInsured or contact me for a quote.
Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change last minute
Without insurance, you will also do not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.
Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.
What about airfare?
The closest airport is Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ). Transportation is only included from this airport.
Included transportation may be "shared" transportation with other guests staying at the same resort, which is a shuttle that may make stops at other resorts.
When you book your own air, please forward your air confirmation email to me no later than January 5, 2026. This is how we'll schedule your airport transportation. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.

Please keep in mind, I am often on the phone with travel suppliers or other wedding couples/guests so email/text is often the fastest and best way to reach me.
My business hours of 9a-6p CST, Monday - Fridays. I am available outside business hours by appointment only.
Flight Tips
Once your room package is paid in full, you will receive a linked form via email to submit all of your flight details including airline, flight number, departure city, and flight times. It's important to submit these details within a timely manner to schedule your transfers. If these are not received, your transfers will be canceled and you will be responsible for your own transportation from the airport to the resort and back.
- It is recommended to purchase your flights directly from the airline, NOT an online travel agency such as Expedia or Priceline
- If possible, avoid Basic Economy fares, these are highly restrictive fares and difficult to make any changes/corrections
- If you have a layover, please allow at least 90 minutes on the outbound and 120 minutes on the return to change planes and go through customs/immigration.
- For your return flight, the transfer company will drop you off at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight time so plan your return flight times accordingly.
