Hello! Michelle & Lee have pre-reserved rooms with a special, set rate for the travel window of May 31 - June 7, 2026. Please NOTE: No stays outside of these dates can be accommodated because the resort has been bought out for special groups before and after Michelle & Lee's travel dates.

Can I make payments? No, we are reserving/guaranteeing your room with your credit card then you'll pay in full at check in.
Travel Agent
The couple has chosen to work with me, Stephanie Tindall at AllInclusiveWeddings.com to make the travel planning as seamless as possible. Please read the important information below and contact me to complete your reservation.
What is a room block?
- The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
- Only rooms booked with AllInclusiveWeddings.com count toward this contract
- The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!
- We have reserved deluxe jr suites but if you would like to upgrade then I can provide a quote upon request.
What happens if I don't book with AllInclusiveWeddings.com?
The wedding couple kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated room block here at AllInclusiveWeddings.com.
There are several reasons why you should honor the couple's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
- The couple has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special, set rate with included airport transportation.
- Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
- Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
- Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but their reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
- Will not get the group rates
- Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
- Will not receive any pre-departure, during trip support or post-trip support from me. I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
- If staying at a different resort completely, then you will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited occupancy restrictions.
What's included?
The rates listed are PER ROOM based upon how many are sharing and include:
- Hotel Accommodations
- All Inclusive Meal Plan - includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, 24 hour room service and all beverages including alcohol
- Daily and Nightly entertainment on resort
- Hotel, Tax & gratuities
- All wedding events & activities
Can we come earlier or stay later?
Do I need a passport?
A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.
The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date.
Is travel insurance required?
- Travel Insurance - provided from our preferred travel insurance provider. Cost is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest. If cancelled you'll file a claim then provide proof of cancellation for the insurance company to review and refund if approved.
Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change.
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.
Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.

Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you're ready.
The closest airport is Liberia Guanacaste Airport (LIR). Transportation is NOT included with your room rate. If you need a quote for transfers and/or car rental then let me know.

Flight Tips
- It is recommended to purchase your flights directly from the airline, NOT an online travel agency such as Expedia or Priceline
- If possible, avoid Basic Economy fares, these are highly restrictive fares and difficult to make any changes/corrections
- If you have a layover, please allow at least 90 minutes on the outbound and 120 minutes on the return to change planes and go through customs/immigration.
- For your return flight, the transfer company will drop you off at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight time so plan your return flight times accordingly.

We ONLY have the Deluxe Jr Suites blocked but if you want a different room category then select in the below form and I'll send the request to the resort. It's at the discretion of the resort if they'll honor the group rates for those rooms, if available.
- Fill out the below form via the blue BOOK NOW button below to send your room request including the below info
- Names and birthdates as they appear on passports
- Payment Info
- Travel Dates & Room Choice
- Any additional requests or questions - for example, if you would like a quote for a different room category
If you prefer to do it yourself then we have a special booking link on Marriott's site for their room block but keep in mind you'll only be able to reserve the Deluxe Jr Suite for up to 2 adults, if you need to add children or want a different room category then you can fill out the blue BOOK NOW button and I can set up your reservation.
I will send you a reservation invoice to review for accuracy within 1-2 business days upon receiving your request.
Nothing is charged at time of reservation, only require a credit card to guarantee your reservation
