Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport BOOK, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website. A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards, Enhanced Drivers Licenses or SENTRI cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date. Be mindful PASSPORT PROCESSING TIME and don't wait last minute to apply for a new passport or renew an expired one, check this site for details: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/processing-times.htm

Travel protection is highly recommended to safeguard your trip investment and provide peace of mind. Unexpected situations can arise at any time, and having coverage can help protect you from financial loss due to last-minute cancellations. It can also provide important support while traveling, including coverage for expenses related to flight delays or cancellations, lost or delayed baggage, and even medical care if needed while outside of the United States. We offer two types of coverage options:

• Travel Protection – This option allows you to cancel for any reason with no questions asked and no claims process required. It must be added at the time of your initial deposit. Please see pricing details in the Steps to Book section below.
• Travel Insurance – Offered through our preferred provider, TravelInured, this coverage is based on your age, state of residence, and total trip cost. If you need to cancel, you’ll file a claim and provide documentation for review. Approved claims are reimbursed directly by the insurance provider.

Yes! Deposits are due by the deadline. You can make payments whenever you'd like, as long as the trip is paid in full by the final due date of July 20, 2026

While the couple kindly requests that you book your room within the group, you are welcome to book your own airfare or have us include flights in your package. We can provide a customized quote with or without airfare based on your preferences. We do recommend securing your hotel room as soon as possible to ensure availability and access to the best rates, as rooms can sell out. If you choose to book your own flights, you will need to fly into the Punta Cana Airport. The airport code is PUJ. We’ll need an air info form for you to complete with your flight details so we can arrange your airport transportation to/from the resort.

Yes! Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form. Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps. If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger's contact info. This can go in the notes field

Absolutely! If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, that is no problemo! Please include your requested dates in your reservation form and I will confirm availability! Note: rates outside the room block dates may differ from our group rates quoted here.

We kindly ask that you book your hotel accommodations using the group booking link provided. This ensures you’re included in all wedding-related plans, communications, and available group benefits. There are several reasons why booking within the group is important: Guests booking through the group will receive a special discounted rate using the group code (available once the group reaches 5 or more rooms). Your reservation will be included on the centralized RSVP list, helping the couple stay organized and ensuring you’re accounted for in all wedding events. You’ll receive full service and support before, during, and after your trip through All Inclusive Weddings. As more guests book within the group, additional perks and benefits may become available for everyone. Booking within the group helps keep guests together and part of the overall wedding experience. Guests who choose not to book within the group: Will not be included in the centralized RSVP and guest tracking list Will not be eligible for group discounts or potential added perks Will not receive pre-departure, travel, or post-trip support through All Inclusive Weddings Reservations made outside of the group cannot be managed or assisted with, including in the event of changes or emergencies May be required to purchase a resort day pass to attend wedding events (note: availability is limited and not guaranteed)’
